Role:
We are hiring IT Field Technician and IT Support Engineer.

Job Description:
- Handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripherals and printer’s faults
- Maintain Desktops hardware configuration & Operating Systems
- Handle software troubleshooting of Standard Office Applications
- Troubleshoot remote users dial-up problems
- Handle Outlook client / email support on user’s PC
- Handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripherals installation, upgrades and internal relocation
- Assist in setup of new PCs and Installation of Standard Office Application
- Ensure that all Users are able to log in to the Company network
- Detect and eliminate of computer viruses
- Troubleshooting of problems encountered by End Users
- Perform computer finance asset tagging process and inventory
- Handle any End User’s IT related requests
- Create monthly report using excel spreadsheet
- Regular IT system and backend maintenance (ad-hoc basis)
- Basic knowledge on network, server, and tape backup is a must.
- Support backend team to troubleshoot network, server, and tape backup (hands and eyes support).

Requirements:
- MALE only.
- Possess with Degree in IT/Computer Science, Certificate in MSCE – Communication / Messaging, MCSA
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English & with Excellent Communication Skills.
- Aggressive, energetic, good interpersonal skills, good team player, well organised and result oriented.
- Can work independently & flexible working hours.
- Candidate must be Malaysia citizen.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Preferably able to start work immediately.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (5 days/week).
