I want to learn basic stuff like installing lights, wall plug, water heater etc (basic stuff). Any part time course available?
I know there is YouTube. But I want to take a course so that I’m more confident of doing it right. If can get some kind of certification even better.

ILP offers short term courses. Take single-phase wiring course.

check in the link

https://www.ilpkl.gov.my/2015/

register yourself in the short course you like. when they offering it, they will email you, based on the student quantity.

Not a replacement for an actual course of course, but to complement them.
