I topup once in my mobile game with 3rd party, super cheap, 100 USD credit topup i only need to pay around RM350. I did get what i paid for, but thn i notice in my account history, that's alot of rejected transaction before i got my credit. Seems like they manage to get many stolen credit card information, and keep swipe until it go through.
