My Unifi Pakej Perpaduan (RM 69/month) will expire soon. Can I actually sign up for a new plan or must I follow with the existing plan with an increase of RM 30 per month (RM 69 to RM 99)? Any assistance on this will be great appreciated.

P.S I prefer home fibre broaband.

that is promotion price. its the way how they do their business.

if you want promotional price, try another company, maybe maxis. ride them for promotional price.
then jump to another company.

Can check out the Unifi thread. You can try to terminate online and wait for the marketing team to call you back for staywithunifi(SWU) 500Mbps for RM90/month.
Or you can also message them via Maya and ask the marketing team to contact you as well.

As HayateAyakasi8 replied above for 500Mbps@RM90. U also can check in myunifi app for upgrade options to ur current plan but only for last option. The priority however is to get rare plan 500Mbps@RM90. Btw u can ask now without to wait the end of contract because 'up selling plan' basically TM like it very much, because u'll pay more than current compared to others who want to reduce the pay.

my dad switched to RM79 for 300mbps plan after perpaduan contract expired.

How to do that? Visit TMPoint? Ask to cancel?
