Without considering alcohol and sleazy businesses. Really hard. Nobody want to go music festival without beers I think especially foreigners.

Resolusinya. Ban clubs, Alcohol sales in mandate 100% halal food in all restaurants. middle eastern, Pakistani, Bangladesh, rohhingya n other Muslim tourists will come n hotel occupancy will increase to 110%. That 10% is them bringing camps n camp outs to DE cuz not e ouggh hotels.

Terengganu and kelantan have beautiful beaches too
