Actually many people never realized is ,airplane never actually stop for inspection unless pre scheduled. Now many follow low cost model of just changing the cabin crew ,refuel and fly again . This show how reliable they are almost similar with Toyota. When you are asleep ,thousand of Airbus and Boeing is flying all around the world 24/7.

Boeing does have Qc issues when FAA relax the rules in certification, but now FAA have step in and strict Qc need to be met ,that's why delay is occuring in delivery of new plane .
