roadtax is free

insurance is the one he needs to pay and expensive
no insurance = no roadtax

Actually they dont know it needs to be renewed. Even in the owners group some are surprised need to renew in my JPJ app. They thought free roadtax = no need to do renewals on their end. But for these ones, insurance they renewed lah.
