but i only know WCE damn a lot of toll both to pass unlike NSE

try WCE before, super cacat, and alot toll

i don't think those are in and out, u have to keep passing toll booth to continue your ride
each section is 1 toll booth which is like every few KM

no idea about perak side, i only know people would only use it if the trunk road is jam...if the trunk road isn't jam, that part of WCE nobody use

Nice great to have bicycle race or fun ride on WCE.

Yesterday got use. The exit from Taiping to NSE jam from wce exit cause everyone mau enter from there. But yesterday really hardcore.

Any other normal day is, you pass through sekinchan, then enter through there from teluk intan side all the way to Taiping selatan. Not bad cause not much hilly.
