one courier that i use for own website, i can drop off before 7pm, and they can consistently get it delivered the next day across west malaysia. east malaysia also fast, fastest is like 2-3 days sampai. this kind of service i can willingly pay more for and subsidize shipping cost for customers, and we've stuck with them for many years now.

meanwhile shopee's way to make it faster is to make u drop off earlier and at the same time charge higher fees kek
