I think won’t affect much but will affect your listings priority in algorithm lor less discoverability

All this is just shopee already been doing for a while which is to push out all those non full-time operations ba macam

If u have fulfillment team doing whole day anyway then no problem

Either that or want sell u their FBS service kek

Well this means from daily fulfillment cycle need to become twice a day

Morning once for orders from previous day afternoon

Then afternoon/evening once for orders from same day before noon

I don’t use their pickups often, but they come that early in the morning?

but this one purely shopee trying to arbitrarily punish sellers for no reason then try to sell their fulfillment services only
on the other side they've been increasing and introducing fees left and right

the real way if they really want to make the delivery experience better is to optimize the logistics side of things
one courier that i use for own website, i can drop off before 7pm, and they can consistently get it delivered the next day across west malaysia. east malaysia also fast, fastest is like 2-3 days sampai. this kind of service i can willingly pay more for and subsidize shipping cost for customers, and we've stuck with them for many years now.

meanwhile shopee's way to make it faster is to make u drop off earlier and at the same time charge higher fees kek

meanwhile as a customer i buy from shopee also sometimes SPX suka2 don't deliver and status put "Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Recipient Request Reschedule Delivery" but i click inside the picture they took is clearly in their warehouse kek

ya its just for marketing sake lol most of the time it wont arrive and just give RM5 shipping voucher.
but most time when u buy stuff already got shipping voucher to use anyway so that RM5 voucher means nothing kek

at the end they can just do same thing and market it as "next day delivery"
