ciggy hard to mix?? reason it is "hard" to mix is because those questionable substance are hard to obtain due to ban of *example" cannabis.. people in country which cannabis is legal mix them all the time..

regardless, i still support this move. hopefully this ban is successful. they can do the same for cigarettes. does not matter what excuse reason they use. as long as it is fully ban.
