Mazda on the other hand like what u say, ppl maybe buy it for say "drive better", yes, still fuel saving, but they lose out on spaciousness of the interior and the confortness on uneven road due to suspension is aim "to drive better". then there are also tech stuff they missing out. as ppl age, their priority change, they may opt for more spacious and comfort related cars.

an for new gen, there is now option like EV and etc around those price range, can the car market is more dynamic with diff manufacturer having car aim for different markets.
