5000mah powerbank with no fast charging.
So yes the pricing actually is correct for that product.

Its goes to show that the efficiency of that powerbank is bad if it drops by half the capacity of the battery after conversion.

The efficiency here is not mainly dependent on the battery type but the circuitry itself.

Like i said as long it is ok for you then no problem.
