House (landed or strata) have become too expensive and unaffordable to buy even in sub urban areas. Renting is cheaper now. We are fast becoming like HK, China, Soith Korea and Japan (recalled in the 80’s when their people spent on luxury items cos they cannot earn enough to pay for down payment or monthly mortgage).

This missy would be hard to sell, because her mind already looking for conti. I doubt she need to worry about where she be living after marriage, again probably bapak paid deposit when they bought a house and she pay for the installment.

This girl obviously got daddykasi, and she already say her only commitment is ptptn and telco bill. Of course she can afford that 2 cars.

Daddy most probably will give her property as well, don't think she need to worry anything.

Tatau la. How many can afford 1MM condo with buildups of 800-900 sq feet nowadays and not included maintenance fees. Unless you buy off the secondary market which is about 5-7 years ones la.
Landed? Can get 1MM in BK la. But almost 10-15 years ones.

With that prices, might as well rent a condo at around 1.5 k. Peace of mind and no worry about VSS etc.
