well the some right wings do voice the same concern, but it can be done easily by revoking the Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 privilege on sites harboring extremists like reddit. Reddit has been allowing the extremists to brew for a long time and maybe a surprise to you, a dictatorship website ran by leftists that perma banned any political opinions slightly right from the left.
