It seems that SDP is going to launch Elmina 8 phase 2 with sizes at 24x75 for around 1.2mil to counter this from e&o. Nice to see some competition.

I think Elmina Ridge 2 - also started from 1.21 mil before cash back discount.

Wow E&O, surely must be very expensive & high class project
