I've ridden this last year but from KL to Singapore. Truth to be told, the seat features were superficial. The massage function? Only different patterns of low vibration. The entertainment? Old series and movies. The journey however was comfortable, and it was nice to be served hot fried rice and able to eat without compressing your arms and legs to your body like on a flight. Immigratio checkpoints at both SAB and Tuas were smooth, albeit a little long in Tuas due to the number of vehicles.
