you should cross check obesity index. Malaysia is failing for that. The problem is, the food is too good.... combined with lack of self control for moderation when going out eating.

The non malays have it worse cause they also susceptible to drinking alcohol (not everyone frequently does, but the ones that do for sure) so that adds to their waistlines also haha....

at the end of the day it's up to each of us, if we want to live healthily or not. cannot blame others for own life style choices....
