That car legally does not belong to her. So by law , she cannot repossess the car because pemilik kenderaan is under her late husband's name.
If the car ownership is inherited, must have court official letter only can change name. For nons, must have mahkamah tinggi letter , have to go thru lawyer. For muslims, maybe is under mahkamah syariah. Then hv to follow puspakom inspection process for ownership change.
These clowns thought mcm beli sayur so easy....everything also wan based on compassion . The law mcm useless to the moon . And nobody knows whether the deceased has more than 1 wife for asset division.. so cannot guarantee this lady can obtain ownership of the car.

Correction. The car was seized outside of the house, which is on public road. Not inside house compound.

These days got ppl offer service to convert old Vellfire/Alphard to newer gen. The old Alphards are very cheap only. It looks expensive but in reality it is not.
