Would lend money to her? If no, what is your advice? Ask her to see doctor? Later she say no money to see doctor? And borrow money? If she see doctor, would doctor lipot her for taking pyscotic drug without prescription?

There is no such thing as borrowing when it comes to buy street drugs. Once you "lend" the money, you probably won't get it back.
Since your friend is a she, you can asked her to piap you instead as a mean for her to pay you back.

Copilot: QUOTE In Malaysia, psychotic treatment and psychiatric medications are generally subsidized or free when accessed through public healthcare facilities. Here's how it works:
🏥 Public Healthcare Coverage Government clinics (Klinik Kesihatan) and public hospitals offer outpatient and inpatient psychiatric services at highly subsidized rates.
Consultation fees are typically RM1 at clinics and RM5–RM90 per day for hospital stays, depending on ward class.
Psychiatric medications for conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe depression are often fully subsidized, especially for long-term management.
📍 Selangor-Specific Support The Selangor Sehat Psychiatric Treatment Subsidy Programme offers:
Free initial screening via the Selangkah app
Subsidized consultation with psychiatric specialists
Coverage for basic psychotherapy and medication for the first two weeks
Aimed at reducing wait times and easing the burden on public clinics
⚠️ Important Notes Prescription is mandatory: Psychotropic drugs are tightly regulated. Buying them without a prescription is illegal and potentially dangerous.
Community Mental Health Centres (CMHCs) exist to decentralize care and make psychiatric services more accessible, especially in urban areas.
If someone is struggling but worried about costs, the best route is to start with a Klinik Kesihatan. No appointment needed, and the system is designed to be inclusive—even for those without insurance or steady income.
Want help navigating the Selangkah app or finding the nearest CMHC in KL? I can walk you through it.

At low dose, it's a medicine that helps. At high dose, it's a drug that truly DESTROYS. Understanding the substance before proceeding and DISCIPLINE is the main key. Believe it or not, many even sweared it's even harder to quit than heroin. Your pillhead friend is suffering from withdrawal symptoms which can seizures..

QUOTE(azbro @ Sep 10 2025, 06:13 AM) If no money for meds, Tell her to go Gov hospitals If gov don't give, or no prescribe letter from doctor, Forget it. Sadly, even if she managed to get them thru the legal route, the quantity issued won't be able satisfy her current high tolerence needs..
