Own this 1.6L Iriz CVT, love and hate situation. Love due to easy maintenance, generally no rattling interior. Hate due to the GB, almost similar like 4 gear auto old gb when driving 110-120kmh eventhough its with CVT and high FC, considering its engine sizes. Getting 11km/l daily drive at Grand Saga highway, I think my 2.4 Accord gets better FC for similar routes.

End up put Iriz with 0w20 FS engine oil to get a better FC

Disagree for direct injection carbon deposit. Put Ron100, Vpower Racing Red also will make the carbon deposit in a long run, cz no fuel + additive + cleaner are shooting to the valve body.

In the end, send carbon walnut blasting for few hundred. Or buy car that come with both GDI and port configuration
