Hi, I am currently involved in a property dispute with another co-owner. I have attempted to resolve the matter through settlement, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement. I would now like to proceed with legal action. Could you recommend a lawyer in KL who is well-versed in property disputes?

The property is not under any loan, yet i have never received my share of rental income. My entitlement has been denied. I now intend to take legal action against him to recover my rental income or to do a force sale of the property.
