Hi, I am currently involved in a property dispute with another co-owner. I have attempted to resolve the matter through settlement, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement. I would now like to proceed with legal action. Could you recommend a lawyer in KL who is well-versed in property disputes?
No lawyer can help you ... serious answer which will cost U 1k from a lawyer for legal advise and SST 🤑For example, if co-owner doesn't want to sell, no law can compel him to sell. Tis is the right of every owner, except for land acquisition by the govt for public use and the in kambing URA.
That is the reason why some properties remained abandoned by joint owners purchased because they can't come to a solution. Inherited properties with joint names also face such problems.
But sometimes, money can makes him change his mind.
So what about is the unresolved disputes ?
Sometimes, banks can 'help' if your have loan. But tis approach will have repercussion. Do it only U want 'a knife to cut two' ðŸ˜
