The traffic jam part happen just before Bdr puteri, and there is only 1 tiny access road inside there.

Already got IOI Rio also look so lifeless there. Go Jaya Grocer there one time, the area looks dead. Not many people go and the entrance a bit hidden.

IOI Puchong is like few hundred metres away only. Why another one??????

The only logical conclusion is once the Rio mall is completed, the tenants all shift to there and IOI Mall Puchong is demolished.

But this seems unlikely because they now just installed solar panels at the carpark, and have also extended the mall..... unless.....

design with earthquake spec or not?
