I move the fan down a little to give room to the GPU. The RAM is in qvl for 2 sticks only at 6400. Before update bios, 4 sticks sometimes can post. Now it works on 4400 only.

Exactly! DDR5 4400 in real latency is even slower than DDR4 3200 why even bother going with DDR5 then whatmore on a Z890 mobo. Owner willing spend on Ksku CPU, Z mobo and 5090 but cheapskate on RAM & case. Pretty much min-max and no balance.

Don't know I pasang only. Already inform ram speed. Guess capacity and price is more important for different user. Not everyone need to justify their investment to a technician.
