most residents dont live in,.they operate as homestay. I cater to tourists and guests.

Rent rm800 is wokay. The electricity bill is more than that. Rm1-1.5k. You can tahan? I managed those lots for Management Office and JMB before… the bangla rent from us at first is wokay…
