The biggest hurdle is get license to sell liquor/rokok.
If u dont sell this two dont waste time. U only can earn from condom which is not much cos rm800 dengar macam B40 area. Those ppl dont care about protection |

how many resident? maybe consider putting a vending machine instead of kedai small kedai cannot beat hypermarket pricing less items in stock slow stock movement later lot of expired items salary for people manning the store max_cavalera liked this post

what people visiting will buy?
ice cream? snacks? drinks? toothbrush/toothpaste forgot to bring? charger cables? all can be put in vending machine maybe consider putting a few vending machine at the common area or lobby instead of renting the shop |
