most likely US will not give support in term of software / hardware to Venezuela for them to continue to fly the planes... no new missiles/spare parts etc.... and all US hardware can recognize radar signature of Venezuela's F-16s and jam the radar...

i don't think it's switch problem

F16 is no longer a new plane and the inventor of it guarantee to know it's weakness and how to tackle it
there is no need to have any switch or anything on it
