KUALA LUMPUR: Remaja United Kingdom, David Balisong, 17, yang dilaporkan hilang selepas dikesan memasuki negara ini pada 7 Jun lalu ditemui di Jalan Pudu, di sini, kira-kira jam 7 malam ini.

Dia ditemui dalam keadaan selamat di sebuah hotel di Jalan Pudu.

Ketua Polis Kuala Lumpur, Datuk Fadil Marsus, mengesahkan penemuan David oleh sepasukan pegawai dan anggota dari Polis Kontinjen Kuala Lumpur.

"Setakat ini saya mengesahkan penemuannya dan butiran lanjut akan dimaklumkan kemudian sehingga pemeriksaan lanjut termasuk keadaan dirinya selesai dijalankan," katanya kepada BH sebentar tadi.

David dilaporkan hilang oleh keluarganya selepas memasuki Malaysia dan dikesan menaiki bas ke Stesen Kuala Lumpur Sentral (KL Sentral).

Pelajar jurusan Sains Komputer di Universiti Manchester sebelum ini dilaporkan secara senyap-senyap menaiki penerbangan sehala dari Manchester ke Kuala Lumpur.

Dia juga didapati mematikan telefon bimbit serta tidak membalas emel sejurus tiba di Malaysia pada 6 Jun lalu.
