and oh ya, did he told u guys about the prepaid account? meaning you need to top up the money first for all his service before he can do his job

the one that u should be afraid is the Court, Judge and their personnel ( baillifs )

these loyars threatened normies with some legal terms all balls shrinked inside already tsk...

ppl like you are easily manipulated you see what you want to see

this is actually a normal occurrence happened almost every week lah

and the one who untung from all these drama are the loyars

I can safely bet at least RM10K gone from LL pocket already , which u cant recovered from the tenant's pocket

I think at this point the LL consider relief already when they manage to take back the property

mau pursue to get back rm10K from the tenant is like.... haih.. need to fork out more money for that
