if not they will deduct ur deposit

usually i very cincai boncai, as in i dun even bother keeping my room tidy but when i end contract i always clean properly and take video, because i dun wan the landlord to have any reason to deduct my deposit

That was part 2, served eviction order. Tenant requested time to move out.

This is part 3, owner regain possession of the house. Video to show house condition. as expected.
