err what year youre living in? this was true 20yrs ago, its no longer the case today. US still relies on old school carrier fleets and airpower which only useful against non peer countries and 90s era warfare, while the Russians, Iranians, Chinese already fielding extremely advanced high tech military weaponry/technologies that western bloc can only dream
not to mention most of western bloc militaries minus US cant even be considered an army even, they dont have the manufacturing/industrial base to even feed a military nor have the manpower to mount any form of offensive. so wheres the domination?
