Official SC technicians only know how to service cars. Change engine oil, brake pads those basic stuff. They dont know how to diagnose problems

U want expert diagnosis, u need to call the technicians from Japan which wont be cheap

Have been driving my Serena C26 CBU from TC since 2013. No major problems. Engine still good. CVT holding up also. 8 seater MPV is god send. Japan made vs local Assembly no match.
