What ingredients they use can sell so cheap?

Not really, see how much margin and brand effect also, even Starbucks so expensive ppl also say not good....

If like others comment they invest in the whole chain maybe the scale is big enough to give lower price and they also don't play high class cafe strategy but rather sell more with thin profit, or just a lose leader kind of strategy?
