If so, there should be some physical damage to car. It can be just small burnt mark or can even burn whole engine. I would ask for proof for that conclusion. It probably just their electrical problem within the car itself.

Isn't lightning strike a natural disaster? It should be covered under the special perils insurance. However, always read the fine prints first!

well all my cars have special perils because few places that I go to is flood zone areas and some parking spots in kota kinabalu has cases of big tree branches falling down

lightning strike multiple time at same point is not unusual.

if you see first lightning strike, get the hell out of the area, as second strike at same place or nearby place is very very likely
