Fastest record was for a client of mine when he exited plane in Changi, clear immigration, pick luggage,flag down a cab and sit in it - all took 11 mins!

Klia standard 45 mins , international flight
U touch down exact time , then plus 45 mins time then u will be at arrival pickup place

For my record fastest was Subang airport but that was domestic flight

Kul T1 average baggage on belt time is 40 minutes for many decades.

Yea i came back from tokyo the bag came out in 40-50mins. I already syukur the bag came out in one piece.

Who ask you to be b40 never take business class or frequent flyer status for priority baggage

But why so long yea? I mean the train to KL Sentral is ngam 28 mins. The waiting time for baggage is already half my flight duration. What the hell man. The airport is good otherwise but this shit needs to improve.

maybe they need the time to pick locks, look thru stuff and see what to take, then seal back the bag. such thefts had happened in the past there.

It takes time for luggage to travel from the satellite terminal to MTB. If the conveyor speed is high, power consumption would be expensive.
