Feedback Not receiving password reset email

I've been trying to reset my password for a while now, but I'm not getting the reset email. I've checked both my inbox and spam folder, but it's not showing up. Could you guys help me out with this? |

Same for me. I’ve forgotten my password and currently are still login thru phone.
If it’s logged out then I cannot access to my account anymore. Had been sending email to helpdesk@lowyat.net but no response |
