S'porean TCM practitioner, 74, allegedly molested woman, 46, thrice in Yishun clinic

He allegedly touched her genitals with his fingers and tongue.

A 74-year-old man was charged in court on Aug. 26 for allegedly molesting a woman in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic in Yishun.

Ho Ked Choong, who owns Sing Wah Medical Hall at Block 780 Yishun Ring Road, had allegedly committed the outrage of modesty offence thrice against a 46-year-old woman in June 2024.

Committed offence on three occasions

According to charge sheets, Ho had first touched the woman inappropriately on Jun. 15, 2024.

He was reported to have used force by touching the woman’s private parts with his fingers.

He later repeated the action on Jun. 21, 2024.

On the same day, Ho also allegedly used his tongue to touch her genitals.

The documents did not disclose whether the woman was a patient in the clinic.

Penalties
Ho was charged on three counts of outrage of modesty.

If convicted, he may face up to two years' jail, or fined, or caned, or any combination of such punishments.

His case was adjourned to Sep. 29, reported The Straits Times.
