one time i was queuing at the checkout in tesco.
all the lanes had long queue.
then the cashier wanted to go for a break so she asked me to inform anyone queuing behind me that I was the last customer.
so i did that.
a few people came and I told them the counter was going to close and they went away.
then a chinese aunty came and I said the same thing and she looked at me funny then went away.
after a few minutes, she came back and queue.
i thought maybe she misunderstood me so I told her again with a smile that the counter was going to close.
then she got angry at me.
she question back "habis, kenapa u beratur???"
me: the cashier tell me im last.
aunty: kenapa you last???
me: bingung.
aunty: kenapa i tak boleh??? tak ada tulis pun counter close

then the cashier heard the commotion and tell her counter closed. then she said "oh, ok" and left.

wtf did she think I was trying to do?
