Wanna buy used cbu Japan car

But usually dark rear windows and windshield original installed

Last time used to hear need to swap out to clear one to pass puspakom ownership change, nowadays still required?

Also, anyway to utilize my credit card 0% balance transfer? I got 250k plus combined over 4 different bank credit card credit, any lobang to withdraw 100k for months of balance transfer?

Also what to do with my other car if I want to transfer to newly buy car with my insurance 55% NCD

I am not selling my old car yet because can get madani cash

Not sure about puspakom thingy.

About your cc bt, apply for one pl. Trying to juggle leads to more tangled spider web.

For ins, transfer ncd to new car and buy new policy for old car with no ncd.

JPJ already announced that importers must comply and proceed with the "tint" regulations of the car those are being imported, especially from Japan .. that means not buyer's problem, importers must have valid certification from JPJ / PUSPAKOM itself before the car being sold to the buyers ..
