I'm from Semenyih and see a lot of opportunity to invest in JB due to the rail setup. But im not sure this is good

Do you know how far is setia indah to RTS station?

Got layout? I want to see how they manage to cram 3 bed and 2 bath into 800 sqft

Can la. My first walk-up apartment 800+ sf bought in 1990 also have 3r2b. The smallest room also can have a single bed and a wardrobe. And 5 of us living there.

Bought for 80k then.

Those rsku and rumah wip also 800sf with 3r2b.

But is this a good option?

For small family is good option Try to be a minimalist, one will still have space. Weekly cleaning is quick.

For couple only, the other rooms can be work station, gym room, powder room, guest room etc.

Very far from RTS station in Bukit Chagar.
JB have a big problem in public transport infrastructure.
I was in Jalan Wong Ah Fook areas yesterday, MPJB tow trucks very busy. Carparks very few.
