Anyone know if there are any trusted robot vacs repair person/company in penang?

my robot start turning to right ..initially is one of the wheel went bad ..fixed and its working fine for few months then now he just keep turn right ..although the wheel is quite new and not harden when turned off

you mean the new wheel is no longer working? or do you think it is the other wheel or maybe the tires need to be change
try cleaning the tires and see if it still goes to one side. if it fixes it temporily, means its the tires

when power on ..can feel the "bad" wheel turn "harden" (both no different if i switched them off)


then if u manual control or use auto/scanning map ..if u press front ..it will just keep rotating towards right

ya..the replaced/new wheel no longer working

because last time i direct replace both wheel..then it's working fine for few weeks or months then start gila again


i am thinking whether want to buy 1 more wheel to check or not ..because left n right wheel cannot swap or interchange ..which i cannot test unless buy extra wheel

You bought the wheel is not original right? If compatible one then maybe can buy another to try. Compatible ones sometimes not reliable. Last time I change laser motor also didn’t last but change another ok. All not original parts.
