I have went through the Paypal website, but still confused.

i have two queries:
1) If i received the paypal fund in Malaysia, will i be charged for any fees? I be charged or the one who transferred to me be charged? If i be charged, what's the % ?



2)If i transfer the paypal fund to Hong Kong, who will be charged now? Me or the receiver? If i be charged, what's the % ?

U wont be charged if u using NORMAL account..

Yeah tats wat i meant but i cant remember the correct name..

Only merchant account (after upgraded) are charged.

If you receive credit card funds then you are charged, if not same like personal account.

Not to mention credit cards, is funds transfer between Paypal account.

For premier or business account, only the "receiving fund" account is charged, no charge to send money (sender).

3-5% charged plus 2.5% currency spread charged (find out details in paypal fees)
