Need advise, Cheque issued, owner not pass the key

Just bought a 2nd double storey house in Klang, and bank already issued a cheque dated 12/11 to the lawyer. I follow up with the lawyer, he said owner still got a lot of personal thing inside the house and onli can pass the key early of next month. And also the water bill, electrical bill, cukai tanah, cukai pintu & indah water document also not pass the the lawyer yet.
Need advise what should i do? |
