 Wifi login authentication needed

Hi i havs a asus router AX82U and has been using it for couple years without problem. Suddently this morning it ask me for Wifi login authentication (like those hotel pop up screen) to my wifi and it pop up a tm screen message (as attached) . I cant connect to my wifi since then. I have rebooted my asus router twice.

I have check my unifi account and it is active. I am not sure whats the problem and how to solve it. Can somone please advise a solution?

Why Wifi login will trigger TM logo and screen? Could it be some malware? If I were you I will try another phone or device to see if same error pops out first.

You missed out payment. Nothing will work until you pay. Happened to me once.

Emm it is wieird because my unifi bill show 12/sept is the payment due date. Anyway i just paid for this month bill and see how ir goes.

Thats what i concerned too. First time i got such message over many yrs of using unifi.

Weird. I’ve only experienced that page for missed payment. So could be other issues.

Can be his account got corrupted on the server side(pppoe side), so it take some time to resync the data? hmm.gif
Anyways, I will recommend to chat with CS, check is there any issues on the account.

What date is ur bill date? Ur bill date is always day 1 of monthly cycle. Ignore about due date but make sure pay ur bill before next month bill date & pay extra. Let say 500Mbps @ RM90 total include tax is RM95.40, then pay RM95.50.

 

Change to:
