For those with long hair. I feel it to be quite a waste to trim mine less than every 6 mths, since it barely seems to have grown... but when I look at the ends they're all irregular and out of shape already.

How about the rest of you?

about 6months once, too. only trim it when i have my rebonding every half a year.

I trim mine whenever it starts to drive me nuts...every month if it happens.

I trim every 3 months..if u dont trim it wil bcome thicker n out of shape...

I trim mine once every 2 months.

Even long hair needs constant trimming, a lot of girls fail to realise that.
Some even avoided the salon for 1 whole year, and the hair is all out of shape and all over the face and head.
Its an eyesore to look at their hair.

trimming regularly helps keep hair nice, neat and healthy.
