In order to print more USD without inflation(countries must buy USD bonds), but nobody is buying currently(hence the bond yields is so high)

And Saudi already trade oil outside of USD only, Iran has always been trading outside of USD due to sanctions.

So last resort is to invade Venezuela, so that USA still control bulk of the Oil supply in the world, and must sell in USD so that money printer can start.
