TS, AKPK is and only be used as final resort. You can apply it but this is your last chances given by BNM. My personal opinion, the value is not worth the AKPK (except u already thinking along for way forward)...

For your question, they all will be wiped clean... basically, they either just focus all the hutang to 1 bank or lower the commitment with each party.

But, the period will be longer and you will not have any credit/bank facility except 1 account if i'm not mistaken
