Hey even if it's 7k you can still go to APPK for advice. Besides it is your right as a Malaysian who needs financial advice. Go ahead and consult them..besides they encourage that you do that before it spirals even more out of control.. I don't believe it will activate anything unless they had to talk to the bank whom you owe the money to..
