RM7K is pretty low to be using AKPK. It's once in a lifetime last resort rescue. I believe you can work it around by cutting your expense commitment instead.

Once you apply AKPk you will not be able to apply loans in the near future, even after you have fully paid of your outstanding loans, cc. Then the banks you have AKPk with will internally and permanently blacklist you from any future loans.
So you might want to reconsider applying for AKPk. Maybe try to talk to your banks about restructuring your existing loans first. Good luck.

Sorry but I need to correct this misinformation. You only can't apply loan when you're in AKPK. Once you're out of the AKPK program, you can apply loan as usual.

Just wondering whether the banks somehow will have the record of the akpk thing and tag him as high risk customer.

This is what I know

1. CCRIS won't show you're an ex AKPK user. Once you settle all your loan, it's wiped out in your CCRIS

2. CTOS will sort of "remember" you're an ex AKPK and continue to give you a low score for 2 years after coming out from AKPK (but won't tell you why in their report. Celaka one) . After 2 years it will "forget" that you're in AKPK before and your score will go up significantly.

3. So far the case I see of successful loan application after coming out from AKPK seems to be separate bank from the one that they went under AKPK. Whether bank internally maintain a black list is not known.

Nevertheless it's proven time and time that being ex AKPK user won't hinder your ability to get credit facilities significantly.
